1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

• You may request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your product.
• We will only accept refunds and returns for items that are in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot process refunds or returns for items that have been opened or used.
• Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are made specifically for you.

2. Requesting a Refund or Return

• To initiate a refund or return, follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief reason for your request.
• Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include instructions for mailing back the item.

3. Refund Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

4. Return Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
• If we approve your return, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error or the item is defective.

5. Exchanges or Refunds on Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. For orders that we already have shipped, you cannot cancel them, and our standard refund and return policy will apply.
